Once your Quote is Approved, your Job will be sent into our “Scheduling Queue” and you will be contacted by one of our awesome schedulers to get you on our schedule.

We are open Mon-Fri, 7 AM – approx 5 PM. We have 12+ trucks and 10+ trained technicians which makes us one of the most flexible exterior washing companies in Greater Richmond. We also can accommodate nights and weekends upon request, for additional fees. We allow YOU to choose the day of your choice on most occasions, unless our schedule is already full. At that time, we will ask you for a second date option. Location of services is important to us to schedule according to route optimization, so if you live in rural areas, we may recommend a particular date we are already in the area, just to keep costs down for you.

Yes. We use homeowner’s water on site. If on county water, this may increase your water bill by a couple dollars. Upon request and additional fees, we can provide water if there is a nearby hydrant we are able to use. This will incur higher fees than just using your spigot. ($150 per tank that could require multiple trips, to refill multiple tanks).

If your home is on a well and water flow is insufficient or well capacity is limited, additional fees may incur to deliver water ($150/tank). This charge covers technician’s time to travel to a nearby hydrant, wait for tank to fill, travel back, re-set up time and county hydrant costs. If technician determines this to be needed for the sake of your well, this will be required to reserve on card before job completion. If job is cancelled by customer in middle of completion by declining to pay water tank delivery fees, card will be charged based on Time & Materials starting with a minimum of $250 and could result in full price of quoted house wash regardless of job completion.

Yes. We recommend moving any items, vehicles, etc at least 10 ft from the washing area. We can move medium items for you for an additional fee. Please see our “How to Prepare for Services” page here: https://cepowerwashing.com/prepare-for-your-upcoming-service/

No. All of our work is conducted outside of the dwelling/facility and we do not require anyone to be home. However, you are more than welcome to be home during services as long as your vehicle is away from the area to be washed.

Residential Customers: You will need to provide credit card authorization in advance. We will send you an email containing a link, where you can enter your card information and it authorizes the card only. This also authorizes CEP to run your card after services are completed. If you wish not to use a card, please have a check in a sealed and solid envelope for technician to obtain, prior to services starting. 

NEW CONSTRUCTION/MULTI-FAMILY (HOA)/COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: For these service types,  an invoice is sent immediately following service completion and payment required w/in 30 days either by online payment, card over the phone, or check mailed to our PO Box 171 Manakin Sabot, VA 23103.

If there is something you are concerned about, please contact us within 1 week and if we did not perform up to our expectations, we will be happy to make things right! *Please note – we do take Before/After photos of all areas washed & will be happy to send these to you.  

GUTTER CLEANING: Due to changing weather, different seasons, storms, etc., we offer a 2 week warranty period. If you are concerned about your gutters, please contact us within 2 weeks if your gutters are determined to be missed, we will be happy to return free of charge to make things right! *Please note – we do take Before/After photos of all areas washed & will be happy to send these to you.  If new fallage has occured and it is determined that CEP did in deed clean your gutters free of debris, additional fees may occur for any return trips.
